Our Team is Your Team
"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." – Andrew Carnegie
Our team is about you
Like a great cup of coffee it takes many variables to make it work for your taste. It is not just water poured over some grinds and served in a cup. It is the right flavors, the right amount and the extras that work for you and your clients taste. Just like that awesome cup we work the same way. Picking the right equipment, the right crew and creating the design that will make your production shine. We custom tailor to your needs and budgets and sometimes we add that extra sugar when needed to sweeten the clients experience.
Infinite Design Possibilites
Lighting designs have always been our speciality, but over the years we have been asked to do more, set designs, room layout designs, technical designs and even some content designs. When it comes to design we get it. Our thought process has always been let us work around your budgets. Like any great designs and clients visions there are more wants then needs, but there is always a middle ground that can be met and even exceeded.
Full Circle or part of the circle
Like any production it’s a circle of specialization to make an event, a meeting, a shoot or live show. Lighting, audio, video, scenic, management, labor, direction and of course design make up your production circle. We are happy to be part of your circle, wether just a portion of it or being your complete circle. Our team under your flag, part of your inner circle, we are there to represent you and your team. The greatest compliment we can get is you made us look good.
Three Cups Later and symbiotic relationships
We enjoy being part of show. From the early stages of development, to being behind the scenes sending renders and technical drawings and finally there to bring the show to life. We hand pick our vendors, our engineers, programmers, creators and crew that works best with you and your client taste. Symbiotic relationships we know our vendors well as sometimes we even do design, technical and direction for them when their client needs demand the best and we feel the same when they are brought on ours. Our crews, engineers, operators and directors are picked the moment after our first production conversation is done. We want to make sure that everyone from our team and your team and your clients team all blend together with the perfect taste

Noah Hammer, a lighting designer from Montreal, Quebec, Canada came to Atlanta, Georgia in early 2001.
After graduating from John Abbott College in Quebec with a degree in Technical/Design for theatre, he headed straight for the corporate and special events industry so he could bring his flair to a stale industry. Out of school for only a couple of months, Noah found his way to design for some of the most prestigious producers in Montreal. He designed evening events and shows for some of top Quebec celebrities, large US companies and even for the world renowned " Cirque du Soleil". Some of these events went on to winning awards from Canadian Event Industry Awards.
Wanting to spread his wings and reach further, Noah headed to the United States. There he found a new market, waiting to be pioneered with new and eclectic ideas. With fresh "Out of the box" ideas, he has designed lighting and full technical productions for many Fortune 500 companies, prestigious evening events and on blockbuster movies, television and stream. Many have seen his work on in films such as “Stomp the Yard”, “Ride Along 2”, “The Plastic Cup Boyz” and various comedy specials for BET, Netflix, Centric and on YouTube.
During his last twenty years in his new adopted country he continued to garnish even more awards in lighting and technical productions. Winning more then 14 awards from, ILEA (Georgia Chapter), Special Event (National Chapter) and in the International division (He beat out the Toronto Festival of Lights, which mean a lot for a Montrealer)
On his free days, Noah is an avid video gamer, movie buff, a hockey fan (well, he is from Montreal) and procrastinator of yard work, traits and hobbies he shares with his teenage son Jacob.
